What time is check in? Check in time is 3:00 p.m.

What time is check out?  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Pool hours? Our pool is open from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.

Breakfast hours?  Breakfast starts at 5:00 a.m. and lasts until 10:30 a.m.

Is there a shuttle to the mall?  Unfortunately no there is no shuttle to Prime Outlets or Frankenmuth at this time.

How far are you from the mall?  We are just over the overpass of I 75.

How far are your from Frankenmuth?  7 miles.

What kind of information is in your information room?  All sorts of discounts, sales, and coupons for area stores and attractions.  More than anywhere else!  Also directions to various other cities if you are traveling on.

Do you allow parties?  No. We feel that the peace and quiet of all our guests is most important.

Not even in your conference room?  No.

How many people are allowed in a room? Due to fire marshal code, a maximum number of 5 people are allowed in a guestroom.

Do you offer rollaway beds?  Yes, however, we do not reserve rollaways.  They are handed out on a first come, first served basis.

Can you guarantee adjoining or connecting rooms? Although we do our best to reserve these rooms for you, we cannot guarantee that you will receive them.

Will my group be all together? We do our best to make sure that all rooms that are in a group are put together.

Is there 24 hour front desk personnel? Yes.

Is there construction on the way to your hotel?  We have a link on our Hotel Information Page on our website to current and updated construction delays.

Does your breakfast area have highchairs for babies? No, due to liability reasons we do not have highchairs.

Can you take the breakfast back to your room?  Of course!  There are trays in the room, just bring it down and load it up!

I purchased something valuable at the mall.  Where do I store it?  We have in room safes, which cover up to $5000 worth of property.
